1 hour Phone Consultation (£85)

  • Mini upfront assessment so that I know what’s what ahead of our call

  • 60 minutes on the phone to provide you with a strategy to move forward with things such as reducing night wakes, how to self settle in a gentle way, how to optimise naps, how to stop early rising, how to stop split nights, how to stop long bedtimes, how to move away from co-sleeping, how to move from cot to bed, and many more

  • Brief email summary of our call, so you know what to do next (alternatively we can have a video call and you can keep the recording)

  • One support e-mail following our call, an opportunity to ask questions having tried things out

  • Note - can be split into 2 x 30 minute calls if preferred

1:1 Packages

(3 weeks at £350, 6 weeks at £500)

  • Online questionnaire and sleep diary completed by clients

  • Phone consultation to chat it all through, and discuss options

  • Bespoke sleep plan - individual recommendations to move you towards your sleep goals. Comprehensive step by step guide to resolve sleep issues and night wakes, including sample schedules. These are written organically, and tailored to your child and your situation.

  • E-mail or phone discussion about the plan - a chance to ask any questions, and make sure you’re happy before we begin.

  • Once you’re ready to start, either 3 or 6 weeks of unlimited support. This can look like as many calls, e-mails, and WhatsApp messages as you need.

  • If you’re not feeling yourself any more because you’re so sleep deprived, you don’t know what to do to improve things, you’re willing to make some changes, and want a friendly voice on the other end of the phone to help you through, then YES!

  • Trust me, I would never do that! I’m a gentle and holistically trained sleep coach, so I don’t use any methods which aren’t responsive – no cry it out, no controlled crying. By filling out the assessment form, I get a really good idea of your parenting style, what you’ve tried before, and what you definitely don’t want to try, or don’t have the capacity to change. Also, after you’ve filled in the form, we hop on a call to chat things through.

  • Easy – we try something else! Of course, I hope that the approach I come up with for your little one will work, because I get a pretty good idea of your situation and your child’s personality through the assessment form and our phone consultation. But at the end of the day each child is different, and we never really know how they will react until we get going. If the approach I’ve suggested isn’t working, we try something else – I’ve a wealth of experience and suggestions.

  • I don’t offer a guarantee, and Sleep Consultants that do are a red flag for me. After all, we are working with human beings, not robots.

  • If they’re 7 years old or under, no! In fact, I really enjoy working with pre-schoolers and school aged children, there are so many fun activities and approaches that we can use to improve their sleep.
