During this 90 minute session, you'll learn:
how to reduce night waking
what steps to include in the bedtime routine to help your little one sleep for longer
numerous gentle self-settling techniques
example nap schedules per age
how and when to navigate nap transitions
I’ll give you tailored advice, so that you’ll leave knowing exactly how to improve your baby’s sleep.
