"We contacted Rhian as our little one was fighting bedtime and his bedtime was late. It was taking about 3 hours to get him to bed and he would like to party. He would wake in the night at similar times very upset. The best way to comfort him was to have him sleep in our bed which was not ideal. From the moment we contacted Rhian she couldn’t have been more understanding or supportive of our situation. She didn’t make us do anything we didn’t want to and we had realistic goals. She sent an extensive plan with lots of tips which had an immediate impact. When we began our 1:1 plan Rhian was easy to contact and always interested to know how we were getting on. "There are not enough words to describe Rhian's personal commitment, support, faith and constant encouragement in our efforts to help our son sleep better. When we first contacted Rested Mama, our 10 month old son was waking as many as 12 times per night, breastfeeding himself back to sleep, was taking very short naps during the day and most in his stroller. He was cranky after every nap, very tired in the morning, and refused solids. Our bedtime was a struggle every single night. One night he was crying unconsolably. "Rhian saved my sanity; after 16 months of no sleep I was losing my mind! I really didn't want to do cry it or similar methods so I thought I was stuck.
